Head to the northern section of town and into the building to the left of the stairs. Go upstairs and find a chest containing a RING OF SADNESS. Leave the house and go up the stairs and into the mansion. Make a right when you enter and open the chests for LEATHER BOOTS and 1200 FOL. Go right and upstairs to discover two more chests with RING MAIL and SINCLAIR inside.
If you did not pick up the Thief's Gloves earlier in the game now is a good time and you should have the Fol to do it. Also note that at this time you may purchase the Luxury Grape Juice which will increase in price the more you play. If you want, buy it now and sell it towards the end of the game to make a hefty amount of Fol. When ready, head back to the entrance and go right to the port. Pay 120 Fol and your off to the Lacuer Continent.
