When you gain control again head into the general store and talk to people. Head upstairs to trigger another scene then head to the front line for an interesting boss fight.

When you gain control of Claude again talk to everyone around including the infirmary, then rest there. As you try to leave another event takes place. Go to the front lines and if Precis is in your party at the time Leon will stop by and give you the THUNDER PUNCHER. Let the scenes roll through until you are on the ship to Ell. More scenes take place and you are thrust into combat against Cynne again.
