If you ran into Chisato in Centropolis then you will bump into her again as you head up the path. Enter the building at the top of the hill and talk to the receptionist. Head left of the receptionist desk and into the back room when instructed to. Here the group meets Artis and they attempt to obtain a Psynard, that is until one of them becomes violent and party is thrust into battle.

The boss uses one attack, a deadly breath that is capable of multi-hits and multiple targets. As with most bosses, keep your two melee characters on the offensive using special arts, namely Helmetbreak. Let your caster go all out and let Rena heal as needed. As long as you keep on the attack the Psynard shouldn't get a breath off.
With the failed attempt to get a Psynard the group is left with one option, unfortunately Artis won't give us any more information than that and to head into the transporter. Follow his directions to meet Noel who tags along on the journey to the Cave of Crimson Crystals to acquire a Psynard. Before leaving Noel's house open the chests for LIFE IN NATURE, PET FOOD, and a whopping 50,000 FOL. Head south until you reach the cave
